Agency: Russia's Urals price rises to $20.30 per barrel

$2.52 per barrel to $20.30 per barrel, research agency Argus said in a report on Friday.

"The price of Urals in Northwestern Europe rose by $2.52 per barrel in absolute figures, following the North Sea benchmark, to $20.30 per barrel (cif Rotterdam)," the agency said.

On April 1, Urals slid to $10.54, a record low since March 1999.
